1 year for Manufacturer Defects

All sales are final. However at Napa East, we stand behind the quality of our furnishings and will make every effort to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

We ship everything via FedEx and provide tracking numbers.

Yes, if you submit your credit card information on our website, it is safe as this website is secure and uses a digital certificate to keep your information private. 

No, we do not offer financing. 

If you have a specific date that you want your order to be delivered once finished, please contact us so we can arrange that.

Yes. Whenever possible we recycle packing materials. 

We primarily sell to the wholesale trade. By submitting an order you are warranting that you are a valid retail business, that you are making wholesale tax-exempt purchases for resale, and that you agree to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate relationships at our sole discretion.

If you have double checked that the spelling is correct and that the size of the font is correct (capitalized or lowercase) and the promo code still is not working please contact us. 

All measurements and weights are approximates. Since each barrel piece has its own characteristics, each piece is truly unique. These charming variations add to the originality and authenticity and should not be considered a defect or flaw. For specific measurements, give us a call at 856-521-0842. 

The payment methods that are accepted are PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and Amex. 

Many larger items will take between 4-6 weeks. Custom and other section items can take between 6-8 weeks. Items in stock will take as little as 3-5 days to ship.

Most items ship within 4-6 weeks from placing the order. Some select items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Many items are in stock and may ship in as little as 3-5 days. Delivery on custom orders will vary by piece. If you have specific delivery requests please be in touch and we will make every effort to comply. Most items come assembled, limited assembly is required on some items.

At this time we are pleased to be able to offer free shipping on everything we offer on our site. Custom requests may require additional shipping fees. Unless otherwise specified, we ship everything via FedEx and provide tracking numbers.

We deliver through Fedex and LTL.

We purchase all of our wood from suppliers who strive to waste as little material as possible and who use the scrap in their production processes (i.e. – Using scrap to fire the kiln).
